Martin Parr is a British photojournalist, photobook collector, and documentary photographer. He was born in England in May of 1952. He is best known for his photographic projects wich offer a critical examination of various elements of modern life, especially in suburban and provincial life in England. Parr‘s documentary photography is often described as intimate, satirical, and anthropological.
